- Build a strong understanding of customers be spoke requirements.
- Resolve day-to-day queries and process their tickets to the concerns departments.
- Manage our incoming calls, live chat function, ticketing system, Social media, CRM and
- pass on queries accordingly.
- Provide customers with updates in-line with our SLA.
- Work with the Sales and Warehouse Department to resolve any problems.
- Diploma degree in business administration.
- 2-years of experience in Customer Care.
- Preferred worked in ecommerce or Logistics.
- Self-motivated and able to work well with minimal supervision or in a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent in Arabic/English speaking and writing.
