Job Description:

  • Build a strong understanding of customers be spoke requirements.
  • Resolve day-to-day queries and process their tickets to the concerns departments.
  • Manage our incoming calls, live chat function, ticketing system, Social media, CRM and
  • pass on queries accordingly.
  • Provide customers with updates in-line with our SLA.
  • Work with the Sales and Warehouse Department to resolve any problems.

Qualification:

  • Diploma degree in business administration.
  • 2-years of experience in Customer Care.
  • Preferred worked in ecommerce or Logistics.
  • Self-motivated and able to work well with minimal supervision or in a team
    environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent in Arabic/English speaking and writing.
