Job Description:

  • Build Marketing Strategy, Marketing plan (Offline & Online), look after the business brand, increase awareness and improve positioning of the company.
  • Manage the content (Arabic/English) and manage the designs of (infographics/posts) of the social media accounts (Twitter/Instagram/Linkedin/Snapchat .. etc)
  • Understand the seasonality of eCommerce businesses, build a marketing plan based on the merchant’s behavior and submit plans to increase the orders and achieve company KPIs.
  • Meets with marketing agencies to come up with plans and execute them.
  • Build and Manage marketing campaigns and measure its performance.
  • Build a communication calendar for the business.
  • Working closely with the rest of the Sales team/Customer Care Team to plan and launch marketing campaigns and promote offers.
  • Monthly performance reports about all activities in Marketing.
  • Manage events inside/outside the kingdom.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
  • 1 to 3 -Years’ experience in marketing, social media and strategy.
  • Preferred worked in Logistics.
  • Self-motivated and able to work well with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
