Yes, Salasa uses First Expiry First Out method on dated products

The client should send an email before sending a shipment.

  1. Client should include a delivery note.
  2. Client should include an expected arrival time.
  3. All shipments should be prepaid (customs and all).
  4. Each SKU must be barcoded.

Salasa can add a barcode to your products and additional charges will be applied

Yes, the average temperature at Salasa warehouse is around 24°C-28°C


We can store your products using bin and pallets

The maximum bin size is 40x60x50. The maximum pallet size is 100x120x150.
The quantity of products is unlimited.

  • Bin (small): 20x60x25.
  • Bin (medium): 20x60x50.
  • Bin (large): 40x60x50.
  • Pallet: 100x120x150.

There is no limitation as long as your products are selling.

Any order that goes through before 12:00 pm can be processed and shipped on the same day. Otherwise, the shipments will be handled on the next day.

We store dry materials and liquids that do not require low-temperature degree.


Yes, Salasa uses some packaging material such as bubble wrap, paper cartoon and caution stickers.

Salasa can provide many types of boxes with different dimensions which can fit your items. Salasa also provides packaging tables.

Salasa can store you packaging as SKU and use it to pack your products once ordered.

Yes, Salasa offers gift wrapping, stickers and inserts if requested.


Yes, Salasa offers door to door and door to branch services.

Yes, you can choose your preferred shipping company.

Yes, they are covered up to 375 SR and for full coverage you must pay 2%

Yes, Salasa offers a return & exchange service upon the client’s request

Salasa covers all regions domestically and internationally (worldwide) with different service levels such as immediate delivery, same day delivery and next day delivery.

  • Shipments in Riyadh will be delivered on the same day if we receive the order before 12:00 pm.
  • Shipments in main cities will take around 24-48 hours to deliver depending on the client’s response.
  • Shipments in other cities in Saudi Arabia will take around 4-5 working days to deliver.
  • GCC destinations will take 6-10 working days to deliver.
  • Rest of the world destinations will take up to 14 working days to deliver.

Yes, Salasa offers COD for shipments inside Saudi Arabia.

Salasa works with more than 15 shipping companies such as SLS and Speedzi (locally) and companies such as Aramex and DHL (internationally)

Yes, Salasa offers end-to-end supply chain starting from importing goods, freight forwarding and custom clearance.


Salasa can provide clients with access to the OMS portal where clients can manage and check all warehouse activities.

Clients can add products through the OMS portal.

Yes, clients can track their shipments through the Salasa system

Yes, the system reflects all transactions such as storage transactions, receiving transactions and order processing transactions.

  • Yes, Salasa integrated with marketplaces such as Noon, Zid, and Amazon.
  • Salasa can integrate with platforms such as Magento, Shopify, Opencart, and many other platforms.

Salasa COD cycle is done twice a month and the billing cycle is done at the end of each month.
